Founded in 2017 by a Black woman with over 15 years’ experience in tech talent acquisition, 3D Legacy Consulting LLC intimately understands the challenges and impact that DEI talent acquisition strategies bring with it.

After becoming weary and feeling “un-moved” after witnessing numerous "performative" DEI efforts without genuine action and true accountability, our founder decided these feelings were a call to action. As a Black, Queer woman, she was inspired and motivated to disrupt the current status quo. She does so by driving DEI talent acquisition strategies from performative to actionable.

Our founder leads with a commitment to service excellence and utilizing her extensive network and community outreach to increase 3D Legacy Recruiting clients’ diversity and inclusivity workplace demographics.
